Stop by for Pie – as a kick off to the holiday season homeowners and guests were invited to stop by, relax and enjoy a slice of pie. All guests received a pie to take home and enjoy.
Tree Trimming party - Deck the Halls for the holidays!
Community Thanksgiving Dinner Bring a dish to share. This annual event is great fun for all.
Parade of Homes . Several hundred people visit our community during this annual event. Gift baskets are raffled off – the happy winners picked up their baskets quickly!
Spring Fling Picnic with Bocce Ball, Bean Bag toss and Horshoes
Light breakfast and Container Gardening Workshop. We planted the containers for the clubhouse and Gracious Living Homes provided plant material for homeowners to plant their own containers to take to their homes. The beautiful containers with the colorful flowers brightened up the community.
Pancake Breakfast
Special Holiday Open House featuring our fabulous holiday decorations provided by Village Emporium
Mother’s Day Dinner – bring that special dish that “Mom used to make”
Easter Potluck Dinner
Love is in the Air. Chocolate fondue fountain and getting to know one another.
Personal Trainer session. Joe, the son of one of our owners has offered to provide services to the other owners to help them with a fitness program. – You still have to do the work but Joe will help you set up a program that is right for you. Thanks Joe!
Tree Trimming – We listened to Christmas music, shared wonderful deserts, had Wassail, hot cocoa using the “Coco-motion” machine and decorated the clubhouse. The end result was beautiful and more friendships are growing.
Thanksgiving Gathering of family of friends. We gathered together to enjoy a turkey dinner and to call to mind what we are thankful for – including this new lifestyle and the new friends that have been made.
THE LUAU was great fun! The clubhouse was transformed into a great Aloha welcome! It was a very festive event and included a real authentic HULA DANCER. A memorable event for families and friends – great food catered by AACE, Mai-Tai’s, Hawaiian Music and lots of laughs.
The Container Gardening Clinic was very educational. It was an opportunity to ask questions of Master Gardener, Mary Theising and also meet new neighbors. We planted some beautiful containers for the clubhouse and were inspired to garden more.
The Truffle Party was great fun! We learned about chocolate, made some very tasty truffles. Everyone left with a smile and a plate of truffles.
