Our low-scale architecture and single-story living make our homes particularly attractive. Our homes are stair-free even through the front entrance of your home, so you can rest assured that you and your guests will never have to be concerned about any barriers.
Presently, we are offering homes in The Villas at University Centre located in Rockford, Illinois. This is a community for persons of any age.
At Somerset Farm located in Sycamore, Illinois furnished models and the lovely clubhouse are now open and new homes are being offered. This community is for those “55 and better”.
We have started our newest community, Willow Creek, located in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. This community will provide a great lifestyle for those “55 and better”. We celebrated the grand opening of our clubhouse and models in November 2008.
Our communities are Maintenance-Free—no more lawn mowing, snow shoveling, or exterior maintenance. Spend your time doing the things you like to do and be free from maintenance chores.
